SALES/RESERVATIONS ASSISTANT

Job Description:

1. Coordinate all sales and marketing matters
2. Plan and execute effective promotional/ marketing campaigns
3. Develop good relationships with agents and industry partners
4. Prepare sales and marketing reports as well as file fares
5. Assist with reservations and ticketing related work including creation of new booking, making changes to existing PNRs, cancellation and re-confirmation of flights, servicing of walk in passengers etc.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. Possesses Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
3. Good command of spoken & written English to handle English speaking stakeholders
4. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
5. TOEIC pass grade is an added advantage.
6. Preferably with experience in airline/ travel industry
7. Effective team player and possess excellent service attitude
