Ticket Sales Agent ประจำป่าตอง ภูเก็ต
Job description:-
- Responsible for ticket reservation/flight changed
- Solve daily problems on sales and other relevant issues to retain customer satisfaction
- Collecting information and summarize sales record
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Good Communication in English
- Good interpersonal skill and Customer-oriented
- Able to work independent and work under pressure
- Good knowledge in Airline business be advantage
- Previous experience with ticketing software an asset
- Capability of communicating positively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Cash management/POS experience required
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team setting
- New graduate are welcome
