1. Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies

4. Manage capacity planning, performance management, talent management, succession plan, engagement and retention, organization culture development, and other HR key initiatives

5.  Head of Tax Planning

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

1. Set objectives, strategies, success measures, and policy for the responsible job to be aligned with the Department’s strategies and ensure achievement vs. goals.
2. Set target, business plan and standard of tax planning and cash and tax management.
3. Be responsible for tax planning and propose the alternatives in tax management which complies with tax law and yield maximum benefits of the Bank.
4. Closely follow up changes in all kinds of new tax issues through analysis, interpretation and review summary of tax law impact analysis to the Bank. Also, consult and coordinate with related departments to ensure readiness of working processes and information systems before the regulations become effective.
5. Provide guideline and practices to other units for tax saving (property tax, signboard tax, real estate tax). Be responsible for accurate tax settlement within lawful timeframe.
6. Provide guideline for tax refund and negotiation
7. Provide guideline to control cash and tax processes, commercial paper handling and supplier’s account credit with regard to bank’s regulation and policy.
8. Analyze related tax burden and provide expert advices relating to international professional service contracts for other departments to avoid double taxation.
9. Provide expert advices related to accounting and tax procedures as well as cash and tax to the team and other units.

Qualifications

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2. Strong knowledge of tax
3. At least 10 years of direct experiences in Tax Planning from Financial Institutions
4. Good command of English
5. Good presentation skill

เจ้าหน้าที่บริการข้อมูลลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ (K-Contact Center) ทำงานอยู่ภายใต้บริษัท Progress Service Support ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทให้บริการสนับสนุนงานของธนาคารกสิกรไทย โดยมีหน้าที่แนะนำข้อมูลและบริการของธนาคารกสิกรไทยแก่ลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางโทรศัพท์ รวมถึงรับฟังปัญหาข้อข้องใจและข้อเสนอแนะของลูกค้า เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการนำมาพัฒนาการให้บริการของธนาคาร
