ไทยแอร์เอเชีย (แอร์เอเชีย ประเทศไทย) สายการบินที่ถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2547 ซึ่งเป็นโครงการร่วมทุนระหว่างเอเชียเอวิชั่น และแอร์เอเชียอินเวสต์เมนต์ ไทยแอร์เอเชียเป็นบริษัทในเครือของเอเชียเอวิเอชั่น (AAV) ซึ่งจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย สายการบินเริ่มให้บริการเที่ยวบินพาณิชย์อย่างเป็นทางการโดยมีเส้นทางจากกรุงเทพฯ สู่หาดใหญ่ ปัจจุบันนี้ให้บริการจากฐานปฏิบัติการที่ กรุงเทพฯ ภูเก็ต เชียงใหม่ กระบี่ อู่ตะเภา และหาดใหญ่

ทั้งยังมี แอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์ ประเทศไทย ที่ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 2557 มีเป้าหมายในการนำเสนอตั๋วเครื่องบินราคาประหยัดแก่นักเดินทางที่ต้องการเดินทางสู่จุดหมายปลายทางที่ใช้เวลาเดินทางมากกว่า 4 ชั่วโมงจากฐานปฏิบัติการการบินในท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติดอนเมือง กรุงเทพฯ

  1. In-Flight Services Quality Assurance Officer
    ลักษณะงาน :
    • Monitoring and Inspection of Food process safety and Food process quality to ensure all requirement are on standard as per required monitoring frequency
    • Conduct basic Training to new warehouse staffs Thai or English version related with Quality-Operation courses
    • Control & verify product specification, incoming Product documentation (COA)
    • Follow up with all food suppliers to update quality certification, Halal documents and ensure all document area available and up to date.
    • Support QM on internal/external Quality complaint and the investigation as per assignment
    • Perform daily HACCP log Record reviewing & verification related to each process
    • Support Quality Manager on each preparation update, implementation and follow up of Food Safety & Quality Manual.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning tasks are follow.

  2. Safety Assurance Executive
    คุณสมบัติ :
    • Should be a trained Quality Auditor having at least 2 years’ experience in the field of airline quality management and practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices. In addition, he or she should hold a recognised Aviation Lead Auditor Certificate
    • Should have a preferably an airline background as well as profound managerial and good computer application skills
    • Broad operational knowledge and experience in the functions of the organization (e.g. aircraft operations, air traffic management and aerodrome operations)
    • Proficient in oral and written English
    • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access

  3. Cabin Crew Trainee
    ลักษณะงาน :
    • Support Cabin Crew Manager to ensure that day-to-day operations of Cabin Crew Department run smoothly and maintain a high standard of Cabin Crew proficiency and appearance.
    • Supervise administrative staff assigning job duties to individual staff members and prioritizing workloads and ensure that tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.
    • Documents, records and updates Cabin Crew database, relevant documents and Cabin Crew requirement, then report directly to CCM.
    • Manage order and control Uniform Quality.
    • Assist CCM in preparation for audit purpose.
    • Assist CCM in Cabin Crew recruitment process.

  6. Guest Services Assistant
    ลักษณะงาน :
    • Documentation check: passport checking (International) and I.D. matching (Domestic), reservation checking from the system and issuing boarding pass.
    • Tagging luggage and carry on inspection, referred to Teams & Conditions.
    • Boarding guest to the aircraft.
    • Deplaning guest from the aircraft.
    • Providing assistance to guest if any special need: wheelchair, NTL, etc.
    • Handle documents: GD, crew sign, collecting departure and arrival immigration card.

  7. Student Aircraft Mechanic

    • Assist LAE in carrying out defect rectifications, component replacements and ground handling functions.

  8. Marketing Executive
    คุณสมบัติ :
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
    • Experience within the airline, travel distribution or hospitality industries or similar consumer goods business is ideal but not necessary

    ลักษณะงาน :
    • To Receives and inspects all incoming goods
    • To maintain withdrawals goods for another Hub and department.
    • To perform daily and monthly inventory check

    • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards

    ลักษณะงาน :
    • Responsible to ensure day to day operations are running without fail.
    • To operate the Hi-Lift Catering Truck from / to Warehouse – Aircraft
    • To assist IFS staff loading / unloading cart and all equipment to / from  Hi-Lift truck
    • Responsible to ensure smooth ops on collect, deliver; load as per loading instruction and loading schedule.
    • Responsible to ensure all deliveries of Food, Beverage, Merchandise and duty fee carts and other requirement into designing aircraft, safe, secure , hygiene and on time.
    • To perform daily maintenance check for Hi-Lift Catering Truck
    • To perform daily Hi-Lift  Catering Truck cleaning (Interior of cabin)
    • To perform weekly Hi-Lift Catering Truck washing (Exterior)
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Executive.

  12. Ramp Agent
    คุณสมบัติ :
    • Male with Thai nationality, age between 20-27 years old
    • Graduated from High School or Diploma or higher.
    • Military exception.

  13. Warehouse Agent
    ลักษณะงาน :
    • To Picking, packaging and labelling the goods products based on requirement before dispatched to other location, hubs or AOC’s
    • To operating a forklift, stacker, pallet jack and other equipment with proper handling and do the necessary check before use
    • To monitoring stock levels and remind management when at minimum stock
    • To remove and record defective products or equipment and place at designated area
    • To ensure that all inventory processes are completed and record onto related document on the same day.
    • Responsible for loading and unloading stock to lorries, vans and other vehicles if requirement by operations side
    • To prepare & set all carts in accordance to the Par Levels, check on the item expiry and condition prior set the cart, refer to SOPs for flights prior to sealing and loading them into the designated storage area
    • To check the cleanliness of the cart, drawer, SU and other related equipment before do any setting.
    • To check all carts are fully functional and report to WH leader for unserviceable cart prior to setting of the carts
    • To check all stock for F&B, Merchandise, DFAK & replenish according to the established Par Levels
    • To perform all closing count or cart and SU & report the discrepancy to the QA or Supervisor complete with information required
    • To practice personal & environment hygiene and cleanliness at all times in the work place
    • To record all seals issued out to designated area
    • To arrange storage space for the incoming goods from purchase order in practice of FIFO system without any hindrance.
    • To perform stock take by daily, weekly and monthly basis based on management request and update onto related report or document
    • To control the flow of stock through at warehouse, monitoring goods in and out, safely : ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, delivery address, PO number, product expiry date and also acceptable quality prior storing in coming goods a and keeping stock records
    • To maintain and servicing warehouse tools, equipment, machinery, forklift, stacker and warehouse equipment etc.
    • To attend daily pre-briefing, de-briefing with team
    • To perform other duties & responsibilities from time to time as instructed by immediate superior or In flight Management

  14. In-flight Services Agent
    ลักษณะงาน :
    • Liaise with Flight Operation on aircraft allocation, aircraft movements, flight movement, flight cancellation, etc. as well as coordinate with IFA to plan for daily loading.
    • Coordinate and make appointment with sub-contracted catering company to meet the aircraft for meal loading and unloading.
    • Check inventory and cart setting of F&B and merchandise for all morning flights with sub-contracted catering company.
    • Open and close In Flight Commercial Stock Report in the present of Flight Attendant.
    • To perform F&B, Merchandise and amenities top up and coordinate with Flight Attendant during aircraft transit at HUB base.
    • Check and reconcile In Flight Commercial Stock Report with the inventory
    • Clear all paper works and filing for head office and audit purpose.
    • To perform his / her duties as per assignment from Team Leader

  15. Hi-Lift Driver
    ลักษณะงาน :

    คุณสมบัติ :
    • Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting or other related fields
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Audit function
    • Have internal audit experiences from Multi National Corporation or Big 4 Firm will be advantage
    • Have audit project management and excellent organization skill
    • Business process control such as sale, procurement, inventory, fixed-asset, etc.
    • Strong for MS Excel:  V-lookup, Graph, etc.
    • Good command in English especially Reading and Writing
    • Be able to travel oversea
