Account Receivable Officer

Qualification

1. Thai Nationality
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
3. Minimum 1-2 years experiences in accounting
4. Working in Multinational Company and travel industry is preferable
5. Experience with dealing with external parties
6. Ability to communicate basic English.
7. Self-motivated and willing to learn

Account Receivable

1. Posts daily cash receipts and deposits from various sales, commissions into appropriate ledgers.
2. Posts a receipt of payment on each customer’s account; keeps track of collection status for each customer and follows-up on any delinquent accounts.
3. Makes deposits and performs the data entry in to the system; enters the sales and reports data into system, etc.
4. Issues invoices and receipts as necessary.
5. Manage/review monthly accounts receivable report and sales report.
6. Prepares for bank deposits and record the transactions.
7. Creates reports for unpaid deposits, discrepancies, losses and balances for accounts receivable

Expenses

1. Processes various expenses such as general payments, credit card payments etc.
2. Creates and maintains financial documents. (Depreciation, Accrued/Deferred accounts etc.)
3. Creates bank reconciliation.
4. Manages funds and resources.
5. Maintains and processes tasks on line.
6. Monitors and closes the petty cash on monthly basis
