Job Description

  • Responsible for customer’s requests, feedback, and complaint and ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely manner
  • Embracing customer needs and responding in appropriate ways
  • Responding to comments and posts received on social media which related to SCB Easy App
  • Responding to all complaint which from BOT and Government unit
  • Explaining sophisticated flows or product information in a simple way to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Possess strong knowledge in digital products
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Support function
  • Possess passion on difficult technical investigation
  • Strong business English skill, both written and spoken Proactive, result-oriented, and service-minded
