Job Description
- Responsible for customer’s requests, feedback, and complaint and ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely manner
- Embracing customer needs and responding in appropriate ways
- Responding to comments and posts received on social media which related to SCB Easy App
- Responding to all complaint which from BOT and Government unit
- Explaining sophisticated flows or product information in a simple way to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Possess strong knowledge in digital products
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Support function
- Possess passion on difficult technical investigation
- Strong business English skill, both written and spoken Proactive, result-oriented, and service-minded
