Account Payable Officer

Job Description

1. Maintains the invoices and statements from all the suppliers; files and organizes the documents.
2. Reviews and verifies all the invoices and statements; contacts the related sections, and suppliers immediately to resolve the discrepancy when questionable charges appear on the statements.
3. Processes payments for the suppliers in accurate and a timely manner.
4. Directs all deposits and payments, issues the checks for payments/refunds.
5. Processes expenses for business trips and employee disbursements.
   • Researches for unpaid invoices.
6. Performs the journal entries of costs and expenses into the system.
7. Handling/Assisting to create WHT/VAT reports (e.g. PP30,PND3,53,PP36)

Qualification

1. Thai Nationality
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
3. Minimum 1-2 years experiences in accounting
4. Working in Multinational Company and travel industry is preferable
5. Experience with dealing with external parties
6. Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 500)
7. Self-motivated and willing to learn
