Central Baggage Tracing Agent ประจำสนามบินนานาชาติดอนเมือง

The purpose of the job;

Responsibility for the lost and found baggage with excellent service.

Key Accountabilities;

1. Monitor activities of mishandles baggage.
2. Liaise with conveyor/ramp staff for any shortfalls.
3. Assist to reduce mishandling of baggage.
4. Provide fast and speedy recovery of mishandled baggage.
5. Raised Passenger Irregularity Report (PIR) for any mishandled baggage.
6. Assist passenger to retrieve their offloaded baggage due to Annex 17.
7. Create a baggage on hand record for unclaimed / surplus baggage.
8. Ensure that a copy of all PIR is sent to the Security Department for their investigation.
9. Conduct primary tracing on mishandled baggage cases.
10. Update baggage status to passenger every 72 hours.
11. Assist station for tracing mishandled baggage.

Education / Work Experience;

1. Must be bachelor’s degree.
2. Can work under pressure.
3. Can work on a shifting basic.
4. Have experience in airline business

Specific Knowledge / Skills;

1. Good personality.
2. Can work overtime if needed.
3. Computer literate.
4. Fluency in English both written and spoken.
